PIASO is developed by the Gord Fishell Laboratory at Harvard Medical School and Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, dedicated to advancing single-cell genomics and neurobiology research through computational methods.
PIASO (Precise Integrative Analysis of Single-cell Omics) is a Python toolkit designed to support researchers in analyzing complex single-cell omics data. Our mission is to provide efficient, accurate, and user-friendly tools that enable biological insights from scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, and spatial transcriptomics datasets.
PIASO benefits from the collaborative efforts of many members of the Fishell Laboratory who contribute through testing, feedback, and scientific insights.
Undergraduate Student, Northeastern University, now a PhD student in Biostatistics, University of Pennsylvania
